These general terms describe how wholesale inquiries through newcose.com are handled. They are indicative — every order is governed by the Proforma Invoice and sales confirmation signed for that order.
Newcose is a wholesale supplier. Retailers, distributors, importers and chain stores are welcome; we do not sell single-piece retail.

Prices shown in the online catalog are indicative FOB Xiamen figures for budgeting. A binding quotation depends on the item, quantity, packaging and current material costs, and is confirmed in writing per inquiry.
For OEM/ODM projects, feasibility and mold cost are confirmed within 3 working days of receiving your reference. Custom logo, hangtags and packaging are supported as described on this site.
Every order follows the approved pre-production sample. Any quality issue is handled against the confirmed sample and the signed sales confirmation for that order — contact us and we will resolve it case by case.
