• Inquiry details you send us: your name, company name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number (if provided), product interests and the content of your message. Inquiries submitted through the form on this site open a pre-filled email to [email protected] from your own email app — the message is sent by you, from your account.
• Inquiry list items: if you use the "Inquiry List" feature, the item numbers you select are stored only in your own browser on your device. They are sent to us only when you choose to send them.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry with pricing, MOQ, samples and lead time.
• To prepare quotations and follow up on your product interests.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with third parties for marketing.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Data retention & your choices

We keep inquiry correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting order. To review or delete the information you sent us, email [email protected].
